Where are the Nefful products manufactured in?
All Nefful’s NEORON products are MANUFACTURED IN JAPAN with the highest standards of quality control.
Its ingenious invention and its unique features has won numerous awards including:

How long can the Negative Ions of Nefful’s NEORON fibre last?
Unlike some other products found in the market, the negative ions of NEORON Fibres are not a result of added chemical or fabric finishing.
It is the superior Japan’s patented fibre technology which constructs the structure of this fibre, such that when it rubs with any material (whether it is skin / other clothes on your body), it will constantly produce “High Density” Negative Static Electricity – Negative Ions!
So in theory, even if the NEORON clothing is left with one strand of fibre, it still can produce negative static electricity after rubbing.
Hence, the negative ion property of the products will last as long as the fabric or product last.

How safe is the Nefful health garments?

The Nefful NEORON fabric fiber has been tested by the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, an independent test and certification system for all types of material textiles for any harmful substances.
The testing includes all raw materials and the intermediate stages of production to the finished product. After testing, the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 has attested that the Nefful NEORON has met the safety requirements and guarantees that the Nefful NEORON products are free of harmful substances and therefore safe for human health as well as the environment too.
Oeko-Tex® Standard 100’ labeled products:

Will there be any side-effect for long term usage of negative ion wear?
Our NEORON product is NOT powered by electricity, but by object friction which produces natural negative ions. Without plugging in, there is no electromagnetic radiation, and it will not cause physical injury.
We all live on the earth and every human body needs enough negative ions. It has absolutely no side effects. In the long run, it will improve the health of the user.
Can negative ions cure illness and what type of illness?
The unique NEORON fibre generates negative static electricity and negative ions through friction while provides warmth and comfort. Nefful products may help to improve lifestyle for healthy living, but they do not have healing capabilities.
Many modern diseases are caused by poor blood circulation. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principle also advocates the importance of having good blood circulation. Modern medicine has proven that local blood circulatory disorders are the source of all diseases.
When the blood microcirculation is completely improved, the symptoms of some related diseases will naturally disappear.
Does negative ion release harmful radiation to our body?
Our negative ions are generated by skin friction or by the pulse of the human body. They resonate with the human bio-electricity and are of the same effect as the negative ions in the air. It is the unique product in the world that can produce large amount of negative ions without plugging in, and there is absolutely no side effect.
With the blood circulation increase during night sleep, does it harm the body?
While improving blood circulation, negative ion also balances the autonomic nerves, hence achieving the effect of calming the nerves and thereby improving sleep quality.
Negative ions can promote blood circulation in body, then will it increase the burden on the heart and body?
Negative ions not only can improve blood circulation, but also purify the blood, rejuvenate cells, balance autonomic nerves and build up immune system. Improve blood circulation does not make the heart beat faster and increase blood flow, hence there is no burden on the heart.
Moreover, negative ions do not accelerate the blood flow indefinitely but accelerate to a normal amount, hence there is no burden on the body.
How do you prove that the neuron fibre can generate negative ions?
The Negative Ion Density can be measured with electrostatic tester (Note: The negative ions density will vary with the environment humidity/temperature, etc, and the negative ions from the dry winter products will be stronger).
There is also professional certificate & laboratory report, which is recognized by the Japanese chemical industry. According to the experimental report of the Japan Industrial Research Institute, the NEORON fibre can produce strong Negative static electricity (ie negative ions) when there is material friction.
I am perfectly healthy, why do I need negative ion wear?
NEFFUL clothings are not only meant for users who have health condition. Healthy persons can also wear it to build up body immunity. As the old saying goes “Prevention is better than cure”. “Health is the greatest gift.”
Will I develop over-reliance on the product if I continue to wear it for long term? I have already improved my health condition after wearing negative ion wear for some time, can I stop using it?
Negative ions itself are already existing in our mother nature.
However due to rapid urbanization of our living environment, like more high-rise buildings, increasing electromagnetic radiation (think WIFI and Mobile usage) and increasing electricity usage, the negative ions that exist in the city air’s environment are decreasing.
Just like doing regular exercise, even if our health have improved after using, we should continue to wear it (do exercise) to help build up our immunity against disease.
Furthermore, each individual do need to wear clothes and use blanket, why not change to a brand which provide many health benefits
Is the product suitable for everybody?
Anything with living cells can use NEFFUL products including pets. NEFFUL products which are only made in Japan has been in the market for more than 45 years (a long time by any measure) and its many good testimonials can be validated.
Except for users who are having some high blood pressure condition and need to slowly increase the negative ion density, all users can use the full set to experience it.
All of us have heavy metals in our body and we can’t escape from this fact. So the question is how do we “throw out” these toxins from our body so we can have less health problems?
We do this by wearing and washing our negative ions clothing daily, and negative ions blanket once a week. If symptoms of diseases are severe, wash blanket every day.

I will sweat a lot in the middle of the night when I wear a negative ion blanket Why?
Not because the negative ion blanket is very hot, but because there is moisture in the body. By means of the negative ions, the cells are activated and the moisture and toxins are discharged. So this is a great thing!
Sweating in the middle of the night is not because the blanket is hot. If it is hot, you should feel hot when you go to sleep and you will sweat immediately.
But when u go to sleep, u feel very comfortable. It doesn’t start to get hot until midnight. It’s because the meridian cycle reaches the corresponding time and starts to detoxify, so u sweat.
Sweating is an important channel for the body to metabolize heavy metals, toxins, and chemical agents. So don’t be afraid of sweating, but be happy and start the detoxification process.
But the body is wet and uncomfortable, what should I do?
The simplest way:
1. Wipe off sweat with a dry towel
2. Drink warm water to add moisture. Remember to drink warm water, sip it, the body can absorb and use the water. Water is the best solvent, which can quickly dissolve and metabolize the toxins in the body.
3. Get up and change into dry negative ion clothes, then go back to sleep
